This policy explains what data the mobile game Tessel ("the App") collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show ads, and process purchases.

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide

The App does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play.

Data collected automatically

Game progress and settings — levels completed, best times, hints, coins, chosen theme and language. This is stored on your device.
Leaderboard data — if you submit a score, your completion time and a chosen display name are sent to our servers so rankings can be shown.
Advertising and analytics identifiers — collected by our advertising partner (see below), including a device advertising identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, device type and operating system version.
Crash and performance data — anonymous technical information used to fix bugs.

2. Advertising

The App shows advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted.

On iOS, we ask for your permission before tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised.
In the EEA/UK, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
You can remove all ads by purchasing the Premium membership.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases (Premium membership, hint packs, themes) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your credit card details. Apple provides us only with confirmation that a purchase was made.

To run the game and save your progress
To show rankings on the leaderboard
To display and measure advertising
To fix crashes and improve the game
To process and restore purchases

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App: Google AdMob (advertising), Apple (purchases), and our leaderboard hosting provider.

6. Data Retention

Progress stored on your device is deleted when you delete the App. Leaderboard entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and KVKK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to processing. To do so, email us at the address above.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Uygulama hesap açmanızı gerektirmez. Oynamak için adınızı, e-postanızı veya telefon numaranızı istemiyoruz.

Otomatik toplanan veriler

Oyun ilerlemesi ve ayarlar — tamamlanan seviyeler, en iyi süreler, ipuçları, altınlar, seçtiğiniz tema ve dil. Bunlar cihazınızda saklanır.
Sıralama verisi — bir skor gönderdiğinizde, tamamlama süreniz ve seçtiğiniz görünen ad, sıralamada gösterilebilmesi için sunucularımıza iletilir.
Reklam ve analiz tanımlayıcıları — reklam iş ortağımız tarafından toplanır (aşağıya bakın); cihaz reklam tanımlayıcısı, IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz tipi ve işletim sistemi sürümü dahil.
Çökme ve performans verisi — hataları düzeltmek için kullanılan anonim teknik bilgiler.

2. Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcılarını ve kullanım verilerini toplayabilir; izin verilen yerlerde kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar dahil.

iOS'ta, izleme öncesinde izniniz istenir (App Tracking Transparency). Reddederseniz reklamları yine görürsünüz, ancak daha az kişiselleştirilmiş olurlar.
AEA/Birleşik Krallık'ta, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar gösterilmeden önce onayınız alınır.
Premium üyelik satın alarak tüm reklamları kaldırabilirsiniz.

3. Satın Alımlar

Uygulama içi satın alımlar (Premium üyelik, ipucu paketleri, temalar) App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Kredi kartı bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez veya saklamayız. Apple bize yalnızca satın alımın gerçekleştiği bilgisini iletir.

5. Paylaşım

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Veriler yalnızca Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: Google AdMob (reklam), Apple (satın alımlar) ve sıralama sunucu sağlayıcımız.

6. Saklama Süresi

Cihazınızda saklanan ilerleme, Uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir. Sıralama kayıtları, silinmesini talep edene kadar tutulur.

7. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin, veriyi sileriz.

8. Haklarınız

Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak (KVKK ve GDPR dahil), verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkınız olabilir. Bunun için yukarıdaki e-posta adresinden bize yazın.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek, sayfanın başındaki tarihi güncelleriz.
